What is the maximum time limit for returns and exchanges?

What are the requirements for returns and exchanges?
- The item must not have been worn, washed or altered.
- It must be in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and labels.
- The garments of the Christmas collection cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are limited editions and exclusive for that season.

How do I make a return?

Pack the items you wish to return in a box in good condition and tightly closed. We recommend that you use the packaging in which you received our garments.
When and how will I receive my refund?
You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank, once we receive the item and check that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the refund. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used in the original order.

2. Hire a courier
The cost of returning the garments that do not fit you will be borne by the customer. Please make sure you send it to the address indicated on the form. Petite Isabel will send the new package at no additional cost.
3. Availability of items
If you wish to exchange the item for another item, you must ensure that the new item is available and wait for the stated lead times. We will notify you if an exchange is not possible.
4. Price Difference (Credit/Refund)
If you want to change the product, you must make sure that the price is the same, if not, we will contact you to send you the payment information of the difference that you must pay or refund you the amount if the product change is for a lower amount than the one you bought.
